	Installation Instructions
	1. Shortly after you register online, you will receive an activation email and at least 2 text messages from admin@cloudtrade.com (in some instances, the text messages will be broken into multiple messages because they are too long).
	2. Windows Mobile 6.0 and Blackberry phones: The first text message will give you basic instructions for downloading the application. The second text message will contain a link to the actual application. Simply click on the link to download and install the application (cloudtrade.cab). Proceed to step 4.
	3. Windows Mobile 5.0 phones: The first text message will give you basic instructions for downloading the application. PLEASE NOTE! For those phones that are running Windows 5.0, you will first need to install an upgrade for your .NET framework. Click on the link in the second text message to download and install the .NET upgrade. After you finish that installation, go back to the text message and click on the link to download and install the CloudTrade application (cloudtrade.cab).
	4. When you're installing the software, you may come across the following prompts (the exact wording may vary depending on your phone and provider): a. Prompt: Continue to the following website, www.cloudtrade.com? Choose: "Yes" b. Prompt: Download "InstServelet"? Choose: "Yes" and check the box to "Open file after download". c. Prompt: Cloudtrade.cab is from an unknown publisher. Do you want to continue? Choose: "Yes". d. Prompt: Choose a location to install "CloudTrade LLC". Choose: "Device" rather than "Storage Card" and click "Install".
	5. Once you've finished the installation, you will want to close your Internet browser (it may remain open and appear as a blank page).
	6. Open your Programs folder on your cell phone and click on the CloudTrade icon.
	7. You will be prompted to enter your user ID and password. You may want to choose "Remember Me" so that you don't have to enter this information in the future.
	8. The first time that you open the application, you will be asked to "Accept" the End User License Agreement (the full agreement can be found at: http://www.cloudtrade.com/register/betaEULA.jsp). Choose "Accept" at the bottom to log on and start using and enjoying CloudTrade!
	9. Be sure to activate your account online via the email that you received after you registered. You must activate the account within 14 days after registration.
	Still having a problem? 	About Cloudtrade
	Do I have to be a certain age to use CloudTrade? For the safety purposes, we require that CloudTrade users be at least 16 years old.
	How can I delete my CloudTrade account? You can't! Just Kidding. No, really, if you want to delete your CloudTrade account, please click here to contact support.
	How can I tell my friends about CloudTrade and will I be rewarded? You can invite them to join CloudTrade by using the Share CloudTrade function on your phone. You can also use the Invite Friends page on the website to send them a text message or email. Or just talk to them, the old fashioned way. Every time you refer a friend by using the Share CloudTrade function you will be instantly rewarded with 20 points.
	How do I activate CloudTrade on my phone? As soon as you have successfully logged into CloudTrade on your phone for the first time, you will have to Accept our End User License Agreement and your account will be fully activated. You will immediately be granted your full 1GB of free digital storage.
	Is CloudTrade legal? Yes! CloudTrade provides a legal framework for content sharing. The music companies collect royalty payments directly from CloudTrade. As long as they are being paid, everyone should be happy. Please note! We assume that the content that you upload to your Cloud has been obtained legally. If we find that any of your content has been obtained illegally, we maintain the right to delete the content.
	Is CloudTrade really free? Yes, and we'd like to keep it that way so keep watching those ads!
	Is CloudTrade safe? Yes, we take privacy issues very seriously. We offer you the ability to classify your files as "Public", "Private", or "Friends Only" so that you can be sure you know exactly who can see your content. All of the files you upload get stored on a secure server that adheres to all codes of conduct for public storage.
	What do I need in order to use CloudTrade? All you need to join CloudTrade is a mobile phone with Internet access, a bunch of friends, and plenty of content that you're willing to share. When you begin the registration process, you'll be prompted with more specifics about the phones and plans that work best. CloudTrade requires Internet access so please be ware that depending on your phone plan, charges may apply.
	What is CloudTrade? CloudTrade is an awesome new method to legally share content, like music and pictures, with your network by using your phone. Also, allowing you to earn points to exchange for gift cards to your favorite stores and store your content for FREE.
	What is My Cloud? Your cloud contains all of your content that you have uploaded from either the website or from your phone. You can stuff your Cloud with any kind of file: music, video, word doc, PDF, etc.
	What's next for CloudTrade? Once you've got lots of stuff in your Cloud, you can share your content with friends or browse your friends'Clouds to search for new content. Every time you interact with our program, you watch a few ads and start accumulating points. Then you can use these points to get free rewards from a catalog of retailers.
	Why should I join CloudTrade? CloudTrade is a great way to always have access to your music, photos, videos and other cool documents anytime, anywhere. Plus, you can get tons of new content for free by sharing with your friends or searching within our community.

	Phone Application
	How do I download my content to my phone? Begin by opening the CloudTrade application, and then choose the Manage Content icon. Next, select the download tab and then the search button. This will bring you to a list of you content. Select the desired file, then press menu, download. You will then chose a location for your file, and your file will then begin to download.
	How do I get CloudTrade on my phone? A text message will be sent to your phone containing the application. Another text message will also be sent containing specific instructions. It's really pretty simple, and if you follow the directions, you should be up and running in less than 1 minute.
	How do I join CloudTrade? Visit CloudTrade.com, click join now, follow the three simple steps and you'll be a member! There are some things to note, however: - For phones running Windows 5.0, you must also download the .NET framework. Click here to download that file. - Only one phone can be attached to a CloudTrade account. Therefore, be sure to only register once!
	How do I upload content to my cloud? Begin by opening the CloudTrade application, and then choose the Manage Content icon. Next, select the upload tab and then the browse tab. Choose the location that contains the desired file and select it. Press the upload button and enjoy the advertisement!
	I can't open the CloudTrade application on my phone. Help me! See our installation instructions.
	I keep getting all of these questions on my phone from my carrier. How can I make that stop? Right now, the carriers attempt to control the applications that you can and cannot use on your phone. We will take your concern to the respective carriers. For now, you can just keep clicking "OK" or "Allow".
	My phone is not listed on your registration page, but I have a smartphone? Currently CloudTrade only works on certain devices due to individual phone requirements. You are welcome to try out different application versions at your own risk and if you find a version that works for your phone please let us know so that we can adjust the software to make it available for that particular phone.
	What if I didn't get a text message to download the software? In most cases, you'll receive a text message within a few minutes. If you haven't received your text message after 24 hours, please visit our support center.

	Content/My Cloud
	Can I get expand the size of My Cloud? When you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for extra storage space for your Cloud. You can buy storage in GB, and if you use points, it's like getting more space for free
	How do I delete content? In the manage content section of the website is a link to delete content. Select the files you wish to delete and click delete content
	How do I organize my content? Your content can be sorted into categories, such as music or pictures; you can choose the location when downloading into your cloud.
	How do I upload new content? Select "Upload Content", pick the files you wish to add to your Cloud, and choose Upload. You'll then be able to edit and tag your files, rename your files, and store them wherever you want inside your Cloud.
	How much can I upload? You get 1GB of space in your Cloud to start. You can upload up to 10 files at a time from your computer. When you're on your phone, you can download 1 file at a time.
	What can I upload? You can upload music, photos, videos, and other documents. Actually, you can upload any kind of file you want. Keep in mind, although any file can be uploaded, only certain files can open up on your phone. For example, you must have a mobile version of Microsoft Word if you wish to view or edit a Word document that you've downloaded to your phone.
	What is My Cloud? Your Cloud contains all of your content that you have uploaded from either the website or from your phone. You can stuff your Cloud with any kind of file: music, video, word doc, PDF, etc.
	What is my content? Your content consists of the music, photos, and other documents and files that you upload to your cloud. These can then be downloaded and accessed on your phone. We assume that you legally own the content you upload to your Cloud. If we find that any of your content is not legally owned, we maintain the right to delete that file.

	Point System
	How do I gain points? Every upload or download transaction could earn you more points, so keep on loading! Every time someone downloads content from you, you get 5 points just for sharing. Also, every time you download a new song you will watch an advertisement, which will prompt you with a task such as downloading another song or visiting a website. If you complete these tasks you will be rewarded with more points! Every time you share the CloudTrade application with a friend and get them set up, we'll give you 20 points. It's kind of like a commission check!
	How do I redeem points? It's probably going to be easiest to go to the website. Just log in to your CloudTrade account and choose Redeem Points. You'll see all the different rewards you can get for the amount of points you have.
	What are points for? Points are used for redeeming cool things like Gift Cards to your favorite Stores, more cloud space for the heavy uploaders and a lot of other stuff.
